Two rooms: living room/sleeping and kitchen, plus bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.  Beautiful view of Bayou.  Maximum 4 people.  The couch pulls into a bed.

 

• All Units

1.  14' deep V boats and motors available at daily and weekly rates.  Pontoon boats with 50 hp motors available.   Rates are reduced for our cottage renters.  Launch ramp available on premises.  Rates include boat slip for your boat if you bring one with you.
2.  All cooking utensils, dishes, blankets and pillows provided.  You provide sheets, pillow cases and towels.
3.  Cablevision TV's in all units.
4.  Additional Showers available  at rear of house.
5.  Check-in Saturday after 1 p.m.  Checkout 9:00a.m. on Saturday.
6.  Live bait, gas, and pop on premises.
7.  Absolutely no pets allowed for sanitary reasons.
8.  Deposit required (see rate sheet) Refundable if cancelled with two months notice or the unit can be rented for the time  reserved.
