Tony Flories of Tinley Park, Il.  caught a 5 lb. largemouth on 9-11-2009 on Hamlin Lake.  Tony with partner Vic Kubitschek were fishing in the Fixin' 2 Fish tournament.  This tourney has been held for 16 consecutive years.  Tony was later crowned the F2F tourney champion.  Tony and his partner Vic won team champs bringing in over 20 lbs. of bass ( a new F2F record)  This was the first time the 40 men of F2F traveled up North to  Michigan.  Traditionally, the tournament has been held in Central or Southern Illinois. boy did we catch some great quality bass out of Hamlin Lake in Ludington.  This was the most productive year in the history of F2F, with over 70 large and smallmouth bass caught and weighing in at over 90 lbs.  The Ludington locals were so accommodating, that the F2F tournament has decided to say YES to Michigan again this year.  We can't wait to see the big hogs Hamlin Lake will produce this year!
